I/We wish to join Farnborough U3A.  Please find enclosed: -

   (a)    Subscription.  Cheques should be made payable to Farnborough U3A

   (b)    Stamped Addressed Envelope for the return of membership card(s).

  The Annual subscription per person per year (September to August) is £20.   Enrolment after the

 end of the Spring Term (to August) is £10 per person.

  If you are a taxpayer (even at a very low level, paying as little as £3.50 tax a year) part of your

  subscription can be made worth almost a third more to us at no extra cost to you.  All you have

  to do is make the declaration below, and the tax office will give us 28p for that portion of your

 subscription for which we make a "gift aid" claim.

 I/We wish the charity to treat all donations I/we have made since 6th April 2000, and all

  donations I/we make from the date of this declaration until I/we notify you otherwise as

  "gift aid" donations. (Please note that "donations" means "subscriptions" in our case.)

We keep a record of these details on a computer to help with administration and communications. We are required by law to give you the option of objecting to this.  If you do so, please put a cross in this box.  But for your peace of mind you should know that there is NO RISK that our records will lead to you receiving junk mail or the  like.  AND, if you are not on the database , which is used solely for the U3A's administration purposes, there will be difficulties in ensuing that you are kept up to date concerning our activities.
