Farnborough Wind Tunnels tours

The Wind Tunnels are a historically inspirational set of buildings situated in the heritage quarter of the Farnborough Business Park and not open to the general public. To take a private, guided tour of them is an opportunity not to be missed - the list of superlatives heard on previous tours could fill a dictionary and there are often sharp intakes of breath when visitors see the scale and size of the tunnels.

After a very popular and busy 2018 tour season, FAST are doing it all again with more features added this year

The 2019 Season runs between March 31 st and October 27 th . Tours will operate every Thursday; twice a day one starting at 10:00 and the second at 14:00. Other days may be made available on special request. Tours last approximately 2 hours.

FAST may amalgamate several small groups or lots of individuals into one large party. FAST operate on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Contact the Museum Manager ( manager@airsciences.org.uk, orTel: 01252 375050 ) with your preferred dates.

F.A.S.T. is a registered Charity and as the tours are run entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers, we ask for a donation of £20.00 per person which also includes a souvenir booklet or £15.00 if you have a party of 10 minimum.

In the meantime, some more information about the tours can be found below.............................................
