The committee can guarantee that an answer will be available if any questions/concerns are submitted at least 14 days before the meeting. Otherwise, we will try to provide an answer at the AGM but may not have the necessary information.

The Chairman's Report (Agenda Item 5) and the Treasurer's Report (Agenda Item 6) for the 2024 AGM are available to view on our website click to view. A few printed copies of these will be available for viewing at the AGM.

 

The Independent Examiner, Peter Gardner, has indicated that he would be happy to continue in that role (Agenda Item 7).
