THE ANNUAL u3a QUIZ WILL BE HELD ON 23RD MARCH 2024 

LOCATION:  ST. MARKS HALL, GUILDFORD ROAD EAST FARNBOROUGH GU14 6QD

TIME:      7 - 10PM

COST:     £5 per person

We invite our u3a members to make up teams of 6. The quiz is primarily for u3a members, but guests who are non members are welcome. Places will be available on a first come, first served basis.  

BOOKING: Team captains should contact Paul Banner (quiz@u3afarnborough.org.uk) with the team name.  Paul will then confirm payment arrangements - which, as last year, should preferably be by bank transfer for the full cost of all members of the team (i.e. £30 per team). 

PRIZES!  The winning team will be presented with the John Anderson Quiz trophy, with shopping vouchers awarded for 1st and 2nd places, plus a random prize.

REFRESHMENTS : As the event is being held at St Marks Church Hall, quiz teams are permitted to bring along alcoholic drinks for their own consumption . Tea/coffees/soft drinks will also be available.

There will be snacks/nibbles supplied for each table, but members can bring in additional snacks and cold food for themselves if they wish.  No hot food please.

Please bring your own glasses/cups/cutlery etc.

REMEMBER:  Places will be available on a first come, first served basis so book your table early!
